The SEPHY consortium is the sole owner of the personal data collected from this site and will not sell, share, rent or pass the data in other ways to third parties. Embedded third party content

On individual pages (for example in http://sephy.eu/home/results/) we use so-called "embeds", i.e. we integrate third-party content directly into our offer. It is technically unavoidable that the respective third party provider obtains your IP address so that it can deliver the content directly to you. The integration is made out of our legitimate interest in the operation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

In the following, we list which embeds of which third-party providers are included on individual pages of our website.

Videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited), Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland).

For the integration of YouTube videos, we use the "extended data protection mode", which, according to YouTube, only leads to the storage of user information when the video is played. If you interact with the embedded content as a registered Google user, such as by sharing content, data is transferred to Google, but we do not have access to it. In this case, the consent you have given Google applies to the use of the service. By playing embedded videos, YouTube stores cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to YouTube, these cookies serve, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve user friendliness and prevent abusive practices. When YouTube is used, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA. In this case, Google has certified itself under the Privacy Shield Agreement, which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU. Please refer to Google's privacy policy.
